Unbelievable experience. I would never go to anyone else but Zeek and his team! Paul, the lead crewman was fantastic and my stuff was completely safe. The professionalism was what impressed me the most. I had very tight deadlines and he worked around my schedule to make it work. Do not overthink your moving company, choose this one.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with someone from dispatch department. Please don't fall for their low price quote as they will try to jack up the price later on. When I tried to communicate that I am not ready to pay a dollar more as I didn't have extra stuff, the person said he didn't like the way I said it and will not ship my stuff. Apparently the person i spoke claims to be the partner of this company and is the "Boss" and everyone works under him. The thing which he said that made no sense was that he will replace me in no time as there are lot of clients waiting. Come on as an owner, he can't possibly think like that. There is no successful business without customer's satisfaction and trust. Or perhaps he was inflating his position just the way he tried to inflate prices.
PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Because he himself mentioned there are lots of other moving company options

I unfortunately had a very bad moving experience with this company and will not be using them in the future or recommending them to anyone.

I moved from NY state to California - a big relocation by any measure. I should have paid heed to all the negative reviews this company has had because the reviews now seem well deserved.

I was told that I was being given a discount initially. On a review of my inventory, I was told to reserve 75 feet.

All in all, dealing with this company has been an unfortunate experience. They are not professional and do not know how to run a business or earn long term customers. I personally am not recommending them to anyone or using them myself in the future. Please research whatever company you choose for your move thoroughly. The reviews online do have truth to them.

This is one of the best company I have came across, they have excellent prices and the sales rep was very knowledgeable.. The day of the move I was a little nervous but the guys were great and everything went very smooth. The price went up just $250 more but it was understandable because I added a few more boxes on the day of the move. Well worth it for the quality of work .

Worst Experience of my Life! My wife and I moved from PA to NJ, aprox 110 miles. We did not have much to move and received a estimate from Century for moving 334 cubic feet. The crew showed up and wrapped up everything in blankets and tape which is another story in this saga. When the truck was loaded, the head mover told me that I had 500 cubic feet of stuff. Now, I understand that I had an estimate but for the estimate to be off by 166 cubic feet is ridiculous. I felt like I was under estimated so this company won my business then made me pay more at the time of the move. When the truck was loaded, the crew would not leave until I paid for the additional money. Here are a couple things that I thought was very wrong.
1. I was charged something like $4.50 for every roll of tape used.
2. The estimate was no where close to the actual footage I had, way under, which I felt was done on purpose.
3. I only had the crew move what was on my inventory, nothing more.
4. The company wanted to charge me $4.88 / cubic foot for the additional 166 cubic feet of space. The original price per cubic foot was $3.25. I would of gladly paid the $4.88 / cubic foot if the crew showed up and had to load items that were not on my inventory.
5. When I called for customer service after the move I was given nothing but attitude by the VP of Operations, Zeke I believe was his name.
6. Zeke told me numerous times that I got a deal for what his crew moved and that the extra $700 was not that much money. Like who is Zeke to tell someone what is or isn't a lot of money.
7. Zeke told me that him returning my call was customer service but provided no sort of customer service at all.

I'm sure there is more but I cannot think of any right now.
