Miraglia Funeral Chapels were very attentive to my mom's recent funeral. I have to say that the funeral owner/director helped me and my family with our needs and worked out all the details to the best of their ability. If I have to recommend a place to have a funeral this would be the best option to go.

WARNING!!! My family and I were appalled and disgusted by the attitude of the staff and the pall bearers at my beloved aunts funeral if we knew better we would have NEVER booked her funeral here. They were sweet when we made the booking but once they had our money and all was done there was a 360 degree turn around.. First off we were treated with total disrespect the staff stands around you watching everything and making comments to us throughout our being there, such as you cant sit here you can take pictures of the flowers you cant stand around in the parking lot, here were morning the loss of my dearest closet Aunt and we were being totally annoyed by there nit picking rules and remarks THEY TREAT YOU LIKE THERE PAYING YOU!. The most upsetting was how the staff went about flickering the lights a few times in the room at 15 minutes to closing so we would hurry and leave so they can close! we were looking at each other in disbelief then a staff member also came into the room and stood at the door as if to tell us to hurry because they were closing!, In all my years of going to wakes I have NEVER EVER seen such outrageous attitude by a funeral staff. When we complained we were treated like we were bothering them and it was basically brushed off. they never apologized or even as much as when out of there way to be nice about anything. There pall bearers were just as rude at the Church had total attitude were unfriendly and totally immature at the service as well as having MAJOR attitude when we spoke to them and or ask any questions. I am outraged ! and sick over this! Miraglia Funeral Home should be ashamed and should not be in the business I don't know how they have been around so long absolutely not the same people! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They are nice till they have you money! MY FAMILY IS TOTALLY DISGUSTED HOW WE WERE TREATED! AND THIS IS NOT THE LAST THEY ARE GOING TO HEAR FROM US i AM GOING TO FILE A MAJOR COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM I AM IN TEARS WRITING THIS . I have heard later from other people who used them that they were annoyed with them as well after I spoke about what happened to us.

My family has been going to Miraglia for years. It was not until I lost my father did I realize why. They are kind, empathetic and compassionate. They made my family and I feel like they were truly sorry for our loss. I would strongly recommend
