Was there 0n 11-19-2015 for a 09:00 appointment. I arrived at 08:48. It was open, was met with a smile and the smell of coffee. Receptionist was very pleasant and accomodating (Unfortunately I had to refuse the coffee and cookies). The technician was just as pleasant and very responsive and had empathy for my condition. I got the help I needed with advice thrown in. In all it was a refreshing experience
