After waiting well over 45 minutes to be seen with on one person ahead of me. The nurse practitioner called me in to the be seen next as a patient, She requested to see my insurance card with an ID... After finding out I that I use Medicaid as insurance she refused to see me even after offering CASH or credit to pay for the visit...The nurse asked me if I wanted to go to the emergency room.. Which I responded clearly to her that I had no desire to do so.. After doing so I continue to petition the nurse to be scene and refused to leave until I was treated as a patient, only to be greeted by POLICE minutes later in the medical office.
STAY AWAY... I have NEVER been treated so terribly by any healthcare provider in my life completely unprofessional and not willing to do anything to help. CVS needs to change the policy which clearly violates the LAW or Fire this person......

Stay away from this CVS clinic (or perhaps all of the CVS clinics in NJ).

There seems to be a new owner (CVS doe s not own it) and they are now affiliated with Hackensack "University" Medical Center which altogether makes each visit extremely expensive.

I used to pay $80 last year but this year it is $122 for the same stuff.

And I had to sign that I refused to go to the emergency room (the Hackensack "University" Medical Center software insisted I may be having a heart attack - that was ridiculous - to pad their pockets).

I took two family members there and same thing happened except instead of the emergency room need there was a need for a $215 drug to alleviate a little throat ache. For both family members even though they had different diagnoses.
