MINI of Freeport

Been a customer now nearly fourteen years. Two of my friends just bought MINIs from MINI of Freeport and love it. Sales Manager Steve Mahoney and his staff know their product and are professional. Great service department too.

I wanted to purchase a Mini Cooper for as long as I can remember. On a whim, I visited Mini of Freeport to take a look. I was sold almost immediately. My first contacts were with my salesperson Marcus Mordan, and a little later with Mika Rose who assisted me with the final paperwork. A couple of months later I decided to have stripes added to the front of the car. At that time my service professional was Tai Revell. Bottom line is that I love my Mini and I could not have been more pleased and satisfied will the people I dealt with at Mini of Freeport! Courteous, considerate, well-informed, and very professional. I'm hooked. Keep up the good work Mini of Freeport!

I had a phenomenal experience at Mini of Freeport. Marcus Mordan was really helpful, polite, informative, and most importantly, genuine. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase and I felt like my time in the showroom was well spent. Marcus helped me with customizing my new Mini Roadster, and showed me how to work all of the bells and whistles, as I was new to Mini. Now I'm a customer for life, and will be sure to work with Marcus and the family at Mini of Freeport.

Great place to get your MINI. My family has a Cooper Hard Top, a Cooper Countryman and a Cooper S Paceman All4S. The new ownership with Gregg is Making making it even better as we grow and prepare to move into our new location in Garden City in the fall of 2016. The Sales Staff will make you feel at home. Marcus, Sofia and the two Steve's will be there for you. If your MINI needs some TLC, Tai and the staff in the newly remodeled Service and Parts departments will be there for you. Not helpful what so ever. Unprofessional staff, not knowledgable about basic information. Rude and disloyal. Very disappointed in their services! NEVER again! I do not recommend them at all! I was better off going across the street to BMW instead of giving business to mini Freeport. I am completely disgusted that I even signed papers with these people. They do not deserve not even a half a penny! Just real shady business, if you're looking for a good deal and a dealership that keeps their promises and puts their customers first I suggest NOONE go to mini of Freeport. They will waste your time and have no remorse oh and did I mention make promises they do not keep! Stay away from these people as they will try to brainwash you and deny you gap insurance and give you the upmost worst service ever. You would think because your giving them thousands they would bow down to you because we, the people are keeping them in business but NOPE they will just screw you over! BEWARE folks!
