DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!!! Had the worst outcome and experience at this place 2x in 2 weeks. At first the main manager was extremely nice and helpful and I left my car feeling very confident. His attitude never changed, he's a nice guy just not there a lot. When I went to pick it up there were bubbles and wrinkles that I pointed out right away and they told me it would go away in a day even though I knew better, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. A week later I called, the mgr said no problem we will take care of it for you, and I promise I will be here and make its perfect. I get there, and the mgr isn't there. I spoke to whoever was there about not having the same tinter do my car and his response was that his tinter was the best in the world and he does hundreds of cars a week and Im the only person to complain. Considering it takes 2 hours a car at least, and they only take a couple cars a day total for any job, I highly doubt they tint more than 10 a week if that. If they did hundreds of cars a week everyone and their mothers on Long Island would have bubbled wrinkled tints.

Anyway I take this guys word for it, come back later in the afternoon, and once again there are bubbles, wrinkles, and glue that they didnt remove from the last tint job. What really pissed me off is I drove an hour and this guys response was WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO, NO TINT JOB IS EVER PERFECT, ITS NOT LIKE YOUR CAR IS PERFECT. I was shocked that this was his response. This is why I do not recommend them to anyone, their quality and customer service. So now my choice is to pay another shop to remove and re-tint, or live with glue showing through.

I highly recommend Avenue Sound for all of your audio and accessory needs! Antonio and his staff are always attentive with amazing followup and expertise! I wouldn't hesitate bringing in our new Jeep Hard Rock Rubicon Unlimited or GMC AWD Savannah van for lighting, sound and any and all mods and accessories we're presently considering! They know and appreciate good sound and do all they can to keep their repeat clients satisfied!

I have had several work done on my cars with Avenue Sound. I am very picky and some say anal about what I need and purchase. I don't mind fairly paying for things but I want to be taken care of. Vic, Richie and the rest of the staff has always treated me with respect and professionalism. Their installations are done professionally. If I find something that needs to be changed they have always bent over back to accommodate me. These guys believe and carry out the philosophy that "The customer is always right!"

Avenue Sound is THE place in Long Island and NYC area to get a remote ignition system installed on vehicles. Over the last few years Avenue Sound has installed / uninstalled and successfully performed trouble shooting on remote ignition systems on my vehicles.
