Went 4 a Japanese hair straightening a Chinese woman named Mini checks your hair and has Mexicans actually do the hair straightening. My hair come out straighten except one whole portion of the right side of my hair. They give you a good price for hair straightening then before they do the last step of your hair straightening they make you pay before doing it and add a huge tip of $25 or more and say it's the tips for all the mexicans that worked on your hair and the 2 Chinese ladies that straightened your hair out. They actually want you to blow out your own hair in there for them. I went back the next day and the lady wanted to give me keratin to fix that portion of my hair that was nappy and they wanted me to blow out my own hair and for that price I made a fuss for them to do it. The Mexicans were very nasty and where laughing at me especially that Mexican named Rosa she didn't even went to do my hair I had to go back an forth to Mini to tell her to do my hair while all the nasty Mexicans laughed. Usually Mexicans are nice these was not. You been warned. Go at your own risk. Good luck.
