Brought my 2011 BMW here with a multitude of problems after having received a quote and a questionable diagnostic from the BMW of Manhattan service center. Nick was so super helpful and cool and straightforward. The diagnostic report he ran was better than anything I'd ever received from BMW. He was honest and transparent in what the car needed vs what was suggested. Pricing was a third of what I was quoted at BMW. Service was fast and spot on. Thank you. This will be my go-to spot from now on.

The mechanics are courteous and professional, and the shop is super clean. All of their repair work is done quickly and at a reasonable price. Fantastic service overall. I'll definitely be back.

I have taken my vehicle into MINHS twice in the last few months for parts and service and have come away both times impressed and greatly satisfied. Prices are reasonable (No automotive repair/service is ever cheap), and they never try to up-sell me.

I have been going to MINHS for the past 4 years, mostly for oil changes and occasionally for more serious work. This past week, I had a pleasant experience that really compelled me to finally write a review. I had brought my car into the shop after experiencing recurring cylinder mis-fires and left it with them to diagnose and repair. It became apparent that the mis-fires would only occur when the car was left outside in rain. The shop couldn't diagnose the problem fully during the first rainy day they had it, and then it didn't rain again for the next 3 weeks. (Dousing the car with a hose didn't work, either). Anyway, after 3 weeks, they finally recommended I pick the car up and bring it back if the problem arose again. That is to say - they did not make up some problem and pitch it as a possible fix; they just told me the truth. They didn't ask for a cent for the diagnostic work, either.

Moreover, when I got the car, there was a bit of noise coming from under the hood. Jason came out and helpfully examined the problem with me before repairing the issue (a belt had come off its track). His work on the belt took about 30 minutes altogether, but Jason refused to take any payment for his help.
In short, MINHS is professional and does a great job. There's a reason why they are always busy over there. I'll be going back!

We saw the great reviews online and came to have an inspection done on a car that we were going to take over the lease from. Vinny at the shop greeted us and was professional, courteous and accommodating. We had to leave to fight the traffic, and he both called us and emailed us with a detailed report after an hour or so. He stressed the amount of body damage that he saw on the car, and when we checked with the leasing agency they told us that we would be responsible. Thanks to Vinny and MINHS we decided not to take the lease.
