Horrible! Needed a quick and inexpensive blow out for a wedding. The hair stylist was incredibly rude! When I told the stylist my hair was dull and lifeless, and I wanted some more volume his response was "sorry, this is my way of doing hair". Not to mention, he did not use any heat protection products and completely fried my hair. Not worth the $16. You get what you pay for.
