Favorite local, straight-to-the-point NYC ramen spot. Very friendly service, very down-to-earth looking place. Not pretentious. Fair prices. Ramen to die for!
Side note: I highly recommend their basic broth; has a hint of peanut butter in it if I am not mistaken!

minca hands down has the best meat. It practically melts in your mouth and is very delicious. The broth on the other hand is average at best. This is a must go to ramen place if you are in the area. The restaurant is very small so it will be cramped.

Loved this place! Waiters were so nice and my tomato sio ramen special had so many veggies I could barely finish half the bowl. They easily can make the veggie options vegan too by taking out egg & replacing noodles. I asked for spicy but it was rough so watch out!

Love this place.. Tonkotsu/pork broth is super rich and packed with flavor. Their Char Shuu is melt in your mouth! Soo good...
Only issue here is the egg... If only they made soft boiled eggs... Then it would be perfect
