The office staff is eager for your money, not eager to provide solid customer service. The medical staff is more interested in patient quantity, than quality care.
Unkind, underhanded, and unaccountable are the three adjectives that come to my mind when describing Millburn Laser Center.
I was severely disappointed by my experience with this practice. I will not visit this practice again, and I would not recommend this practice to others, for what that is worth.

Horrible Horrible Place!!! For the past years I have been a good standing patient with great insurance coverage. Since when do I willingly hand over a credit card to people I don't know? Or have to worry how many people actually have access to my credit card information! This is ridiculous. Are these doctors that mistrusting of their patients? And yes the office personnel are terrible. The doctors should know how many times they shrug their shoulders and say "oh well, the doctor can't see you". Terrible office practice and policies. I definitely plan on searching for a new "doctor" not a new "business". Good riddance to the Millburn Dermatology "Business".

In addition to long waiting times, the Millburn Laser/Dermatology Center has the worst customer service policy in history. You are required to give them your "CREDIT CARD" or DEBIT CARD information or they will not see you. They want you to sign paperwork, where they will keep your credit info in case additional monies have to be collected, and then they'll make unauthorized charges against your card. On 2 previous occasions they kept harassing me to give them this info. When I said I wouldn't, they threatened that I wouldn't be able to see the Doctor. The Doctor I was seeing that day, came out and gave them permission, and told me that in the future, if it happens again, to have the front desk contact her. . Today, February 9th, 2015...they flatly refused to let me see the Doctor and wasn't going to contact my doctor. I, along with my wife and son have been a patient with them for about 10 yrs. A patient in good standing with never an issue. I told them I wouldn't leave unless I saw the Doctor, as I came in very inclement weather(freezing rain). After being asked to leave, I asked them to call the Police. I appraised the police of the situation and why I wouldn't leave. After the Police discussed the matter with the office manager...I was instructed to leave, which I immediately did at their request. This policy was established by Dr. Siegel, Managing Director), who was NOT my Doctor. As an example... Anthem...the Health Care Company, was just hacked with 80 million subscribers.....Target...70 million and Home Depot also for many millions. I can't begin to tell you how many patients they will lose and have lost already. Go to Yelp and read their reviews. I don't even know how they are in business. Believe me, they are not worth the trouble or risk. Due your 'Due Diligence" and look somewhere else. A note for Dr. Siegel. While you may be a good Dr. (I personally don't know and really don't care) I suggest you take some business courses in customer service and learn how NOT to alienate your patients. Then again, you probably don't read your reviews anyway.

Been using this group for quite some time now for both myself and my daughter. We try to only see Dr. Siegal, as we find Dr. Brockman to be very abrupt and rushed. She barely came near my daughter during a visit. Dr. Siegal is much more attentive, knowledgable, and has a wonderful "bedside manner".

The staff is always rude, unfriendly and impatient. The doctors are nice but always seem to be in a rush and distracted which, as a patient, is a little disconcerting. I have to book my appointments at 8 or 9 in the morning, otherwise I'll be looking at a wait of about 30-45 minutes.
