Align is the best Pilates studio my wife and I have been to, and it's conveniently located in Millburn.
We attend Tara's cardiosculpt Wednesday morning class which is simply terrific - a lovely calorie burn with focus on strengthening your core. Great music too:)
Sunday, my wife and daughter come with me to Matthew's mat class, which is world-class. We've been to other studios, and Align reigns supreme. Many other services offered to help with weight loss, diet, and wellbeing. Highly recommend without reservation. Thank you.
