If I could go to zero stars I would. Not only did I make an appointment and sit around for the 3 hour window waiting, when I called 2.5 hours in to check on the repairman, I was told he was around the corner. Then I was told the repairman tried to call and nobody answered as the excuse for why he did not come to the house.
He never showed, and when I called back on Saturday, they only apologized after I became upset when they offered me another 3 hour window 6 days later. (I did ask to whose house I should go to for the next week to wash my clothes ;-)
At least they refunded my service fee, but seriously horrible service.

A complete joke. They schedule a date and time, then after leaving us hanging 2 times, they re-scheduled again and again. The last schedule no one showed up. Then they called us the next day asking if they could go, we said OK hoping this time it was serious, no one showed up. This company is a mess, I lost a week waiting for them and do not recommend it. Felt insulted by the lack of professionalism.

They answer the phone, call you back, and show up on time - early even! Great service! Would use again!!

After calling four other local repair shops, who all either couldn't send someone for a month or set up an appointment and then cancelled, this group was able to send someone the next day who showed up on time. The repairman was courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks.
