Mill Run At Union

My leasing agent, Dana, was absolutely amazing! The apartment I am in is exactly how I imagined it would be. I only had a clogged sink issue since I've been here but the maintenance team came within 10 minutes to fix it! I haven't had such all around great service anywhere else.

If I could give no stars I would. I just moved out from Mill Run end of December 2015. I lived here for two years. End of my lease with a one bedroom and den and two small dogs under 10 pounds was a whopping $1610.00! Yes, that correct $1610 dollars for and apartment less than 700 sq ft. Mind you I have called and reported over 17 times in the past two years that the bathtub gets clogged up. There response: "The pipes are old but we'll send someone out again." Mill Run does not give a damn about anyone or anything as long as they receive the rent. I have never been late in my rent until now because even though I moved end of November, I was forced to stay with my apt until end of lease which is December or pay the $2500 early termination fee! That's more than my rent! I had to pay double rent in December. Beginning of December they stated they will work with me regarding the first late fee of $125. I moved out and now I was informed that "nothing can be done" regarding the late fee. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They will nickel and dime everything. I will make mention to everyone I know not to ever consider moving here!

Their maintenance department is horrendous and I have had to deal with a leak in my bathroom for a full month straight and no compensation what so ever. Not sure if I will be staying here next year. No happy at all. I do not recommend moving here.

Oh my God!!!!!!!!!!! what a Management,really i cant belive , so painful, maintainance department never pick up phone after 5 PM, Manangement office person saya after 4.30PM we dont take complaint cause wer close at 5PM!!!!! i have problem in my kitchen sink, from last 7 days they dont fix it!!!!!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The "walls" are extremely thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbors having sex everytime. I can here their arguments and every step they take. It may seem like it's a well landscaped area but in the rear parking lots it's DISGUSTING! People leave whatever garbage on the floor, they can't even just toss it in the garbage. Cat's EVERYWHERE! Some of the tenants leave them food so they NEVER go away, and even when you compain all the managment does it put up a sign saying "Please don't feed cats". My apartment has not ventilation except for a window, so when you take showers it gets so moist in the bathroom that the paint peels! NO joke!. They have painted over the same paint soooo many times that the walls are constantly peeling or bubbling. The toilet seat is ALWAYS loose, no matter how many times I tighten it. Parking SUCKS!
