Mill Creek Carwash

If could give this 0 stars and the owner a punch in the face I would. Only one side of the machinery was working, which meant a worker had to wash the other side by hand. Unfortunately the sponge he used wasn't clean. He scratched the side of my new car and I confronted them about this. They have no disclaimer of liability sign on their property. His advice for me was to get an attorney. I will.

Dont wash your car here unless you want scratches. I took my new car in for a wash and it got A huge scratch on passenger side door. I spoke to the useless manager that couldn't care less what I had to say. You can clearly see the strokes from the wash mit they use on the door and glass. On top of all this only one side of the car wash was working. Throwing soap on the right side only. My car was cleaner when I went in. I'm taking these people to court because trying to speak to the manger is like speaking to a wall.

I never, never, never leave reviews for any business on Google unless it's a very bad experience. This car wash looks nice from a distance, as they are in a nice building. That's where the pleasant experience stops. By far the laziest car wash staff I've ever seen...moving almost in slow motion, huge effort to do anything. Three guys out back fixing bicycles instead of helping clean the cars. I went on a slow Tuesday morning, there was one other car being cleaned, and it still took me almost 30 minutes. Also stood at the register for a good 10 minutes before being helped, as the cashier was hanging out with the guys fixing the bicycles. The two guys who were doing the drying/polishing/window washing were even slower than the guys inside and looked like they had no idea what was going on. They also could only manage to clean three of four windows. Never going back.

Absolutely the best car wash I ever been to. All the employees that actually do speak English are very kind and helpful. If they miss a spot all you have to do is tell them and they'll clean it right up without a problem. Love this place (so does my car ;p )

Rush job, car stays dirty in and out, cashier doesn't give a _ _ _ _ _ !
They wet (lol) one matt, but not the other...like I said "RUSH JOB !
It's like giving your money away !
Never going back !
