I had to place an impossible order for a large # of shirts for a festival. We had literally a week to get the whole order done and shipped. I was able to put my client in contact with the folks at Empire Embroidery, get 2 different style shirts picked out while negotiating details with the client literally 1000 miles away from the point of production. The staff came through for us at every turn, even getting samples to me to show the client in the knick of time. The shirts included embroidery and silk screening on T shirt's and Polo's and they were able to get the digitizing done in unreal time. My client received the order the day before the festival and the shirts came out remarkably nice! No one else could have gotten the order processed and completed in the time that was allotted ( I know because my client checked with LOCAL shops and they said they couldnt do it that fast!) , and certainly they couldnt have done a better job with all the myriad issues they were confronted with. The staff and owners at Empire Embroidery will ALWAYS go out of their way for you. Thats why I come back. The festival went incredibly well, my client and his organization were well represented by their pro shirts and they have just asked me for a new shipment for an upcoming event.
