I placed an order on the lumber liquidators website for in store pick up in Brooklyn. After I was charged I was informed that I could not pick up the product in the Brooklyn store. I would be charged $121 for shipping. Every time they tried to processes the shipping the charge would change to $185 and they could not figure out why. I spent hours on the phone with the brooklyn store and the corporate offices. I was told I would be called back and everything would be sorted out but I was not. I repeatedly tried to call an no one answered. If I had realized that I would be spending 5 hours on the phone to not be over charged $185 I would have purchased my product at Lowes. I did not have a positive experience with my order.
