The entire staff do an incredible job st making you feel comfortable, working with you on specific needs, and helping you manage the pain on your own. I l enjoy the treatment here very much and I always feel better afterward. Thank you Milesquare for the excellent work you do!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. When I first walked into Mile Square Physical Therapy to have treatment done, I was in horrible shape. My back pain was so bad to the point where I could barely walk or move at all. In just a short time - I am amazed at the results. It's like the pain never happened. I have my mobility and sense of freedom back. What made the experience great was the people and the quality of treatment given. The staff as a whole, all truly care about you and your progress from Day 1. Also, I cannot recommend Brendan enough!! He was my physical therapist and was very experienced in addressing the problem area, attentive, compassionate and patient. He provided me with a solid understanding of exercises to be done and at the same time helped me to have goals in mind each week so that I was able to see results and progress with each session. Don't waste another second. If you need treatment and are in vicinity or even if not - go to Mile Square. You will not be disappointed.

I have really enjoyed the personality and sense of humor of the team they make the hard work and discomfort tolerable. I have been treated by Shane for a pinched nerve injury, for weeks, and he makes sure to communicate often about what I'm feeling. Plus he gives me lots of tips about how to manage the injury at home. I'm not 100% yet but im so much better in general. These guys have knowledge, compassion, and patience to help me understand what's going on with my injury as it improves. I like this location better than the Hoboken location because there's so much space, and it's kind of peaceful. It's a good environment!

Had a terrible back and went into Miles Square who fixed it after a few weeks! Like new! Great addition to the neighborhood. The staff was on point and treated every patient like they were the most important.
