A small Italian-themed gourmet grocery store. Most of the traffic in the store is for the sandwich counter, which is very good and makes huge sandwiches. The rest of the store is unremarkable, though -- mostly stuff Westside Market (a block away) has, and generally (even) more expensive.

Literally the WORST experience I've had with any facility in a long time, and I didn't even order anything. Rude does not even begin to describe the staff. I called this morning and asked if they delivered, and they said that they did as long as we pay for the cab. I called this afternoon to actually place said order for my entire office and was informed that they don't deliver and that I "didn't speak with anyone there because my staff knows we don't deliver". Don't waste your time

I shoplift here all the time. Good food--but way overpriced. If I had to pay, I would go elsewhere, but I'm white, so it's easy to just steal stuff. They only look at blacks as shoplifters. (Try their tri-tip.)

Though their sandwiches can be a bit pricey they usually are so large and filling that I can only eat half for 1 meal and leave the other for later. Incredible selection of signature sandwiches of exquisite flavor.
