Highly recommend this store has a friendly staff very helpful bought a great pair of glasses from here for a great price and returned recently to make a fix on my frames and it was free of charge

The customer service provided during your purchase is wonderful. However there are a few problems with the quality of the eye exam and honesty about whether or not Milan Optique is an in-network provider. Prior to scheduling an exam with them I asked if Milan Optique if they were an in-network provider for my insurance and they assured me that they were. I reserved my appointment through ZocDoc and the doctor was listed as an in-network provider. A lot of places have in-network doctors but when you purchase the frames and lenses they are out-of network. When I got there the doctor was not the one that I booked an appointment with but I went forward with the exam anyway.

During the exam I felt like the doctor was being dismissive about my eyestrain but I chalked that up to him not being an ophthalmologist. (Which I could see at a later date if needed) The customer service made up for it in the discussion about my contact lenses. A few days later I decided I should get glasses instead. No problem until we went through the breakdown for the anti-reflective coating and high index lenses. Long story short they should not tell people that they are in-network providers for insurance when they are not.
