Terrible car was my car just as dirty as it went in they charge 16 dollars for a soap and water wash, very disappointed I will never go back save your money and go to magic touch these guys know what they are doing

Came for an oil change. Rude person demanded to know what service I wanted. There is no menu outside listing choices.... he had no time to explain to me. I said that I normally choose inside and talk to the person behind the counter, "There is no inside-only me - you chose!"...came inside to complain no management on site and nobody behind the counter. I have been coming here for over 10 years and I will never come again. It is seriously time to re-think how you run your business Mike!!!!!

Poor Service. Day one waited 10 minutes for assistance. No one came out of the garage. Second day "Mike" came out. Told him my experience of the prior day, he didn't care. 30 minutes to change oil only. Claims my vehicle needed another 1/2 quart at $7.50 a quart. Car was did a poor job cleaning car. Dash not wiped, mats were all flipped. All seats were re-adjusted. Back panel of vehicle not even cleaned. Back interior not touched. This was their premium service.
