I purchased a car there. George, the coowner, assured me that he would get the car through the requisite inspection in Massachusetts. He never showed up. I had to get the inspection done myself. The car failed because they tried to do the minimum to pass. Brian, their flunky on the phone, assured me that George would take care of it. It cost me $1000 and he lied. He will not pay. car has cost me more than buying from a dealer. I would never do business with him again. Their collective word means nothing.

Mikes Auto is a very unique place. If your looking to buy a car but want a BMW and can only afford a Honda don't worry because these guys are in your price range. I was able to walk away with a M series BMW for the price of a new Honda or Nissan. The owners and staff are very humble and a pleasure to work with. They try their best to accommodate all your needs and what I like the most are their repeat customers that show up unexpectedly just to greet the owners or say hi.See George or Igor they are two brothers who just make you feel welcome and they don't beat around the bush. I felt nothing but good vibes and would recommend anyone to visit them to find the right car and price range for your needs. They will work with you and are firm believer in customer service. Brute honesty, they keep their word, and get you on the road in the car you thought you could never afford. I'm very pleased with their service and will be back when my daughter is ready to get her 1st vehicle.

I bought several cars over the last 2-3 years, thinking that I was getting a decent car for a reasonable price. I just found out today what dangerous shortcuts these guys take fixing a car. My daughter's airbag light started blinking after 1.5 years of driving. when she took it to a local mechanic we discovered that the airbag on the drivers side was not there, neither was the curtain side bag. how did they mask this: in stead of replacing the airbags, which is costly, they just decided to install dummy sensors, which make the computer believe that the airbags are there. the only reason that we discovered it, is because the dummy started corroding and sending signals to the computer. we have pictures to document this and are considering action, cause this is not only illegal, its criminal

This place is great, my expeireance with them was okay, I mean the wait time to have your car go throught Salvage inspection is a pretty long wait, but at the end its worth it. I ended up getting an 2010 Honda Civic Sedan which runs great, I'm in love with my car... Lol. They providing me with the proper documents that I had to give dmv, and I was al my way. please if you not trying to spend alot on a car please come to Mikes Auto Wrecking they will give you the hook up...
