I had a photo session for portraits with Mike in June 2013. I was incredibly happy with the finished product. He was very creative in choosing the locales where we shot and it made for some very good pictures.

My wife and I are pretty practical people - but we also have a very present appreciation for the arts. So when we were looking for a wedding photographer, we really wanted someone who could strike the right balance between documenting the day and catching some of the finer moments and details on film that we might forget otherwise. And Pittman Photo fit the bill perfectly.

Mike was very consultative and very informative - helping us think through what would be happening during the day. He is very good at listening and also offering opinions when appropriate. We felt really comfortable going into our wedding that our photos were going to be just what we wanted. One less thing to worry about on wedding day. And once we saw the pictures, we were right! He really captured the essence of the day. And what’s really critical is that we really didn’t notice him (except for the handful of staged pictures we wanted – most of our shots were candid). There were several pictures where we said “wow, I didn’t see him there” or “I never saw that, I’m glad he got a picture of it”.

Delivery of our product was extremely timely. I’ve heard too many horror stories of waiting 6 months for pictures to be edited. Mike had them right away, just like he said he would. And they were top quality.
