Exact same thing happened to me as the review below. Brought a shirt and all the buttons were gone and replaced with cheap other buttons (in 3 different colors and brands). Claimed that they were not responsible for buttons and that the shirt was poor quality when every single button (including cuffs) was gone for an expensive shirt that was relatively new. Ridiculous
