Worst practice known to man. Lana, the office manager is as rude as they come. Dr. Goldstein also bills incorrectly. Check with your insurance to see how he is billing them! The only good receptionist they had quit! The staff is not bright. I have routinely received information about my yearly pap smear even though I am a man. They also refer to me by my last name then first. The staff is not very bright and the doctor is a nimrod!
