Lived there for most of my life. I can say I had the best time of my life there. Everybody there was friendly. A lot of kids playing around, it was a great place to raise kids. We moved out about 5 years ago and it has been seen empty since. The super was a jerk, and he couldn't keep up with repairs in our apartment. Ironically a few years after moving out, our section of the apartment burned.This couldn't have been a better place to be raised in.

We lived at MVA for about 9 years. It was our first apt together. We moved in when we were dating then got married and had our two children. We moved out because we were blessed to purchase a home. We loved the area, people are nice, restaurants are near by, a park, a library. It's in a perfect location. Near 46,80, 20, 21 and the parkway..
