This is a basic gym, clean and affordable. I like the friendly staff and the fact that they open early so I can get my workout done before 7:00am. If you are interested in tanning they offer this service too. The tanning lights in the stand ups at 42nd Street seem to be stronger.
Some of the machines in both locations could be better maintained and the weights at 49th should be organized by employees.
