They carry everything. They are the experts at just about everything in parts and tools you need for home repairs. You get excellent service there. However, they do carry some replacement parts for the shower (Made in China) that do have manufactures defect. Not their fault, but for the Price Pfister Bath Stem Part #: 7NY-6345, I tried 4 of them, making 4 separate trips. All of them had a microscopic leak small enough to escape detection from the naked eye, but large enough to sweat under pressure from the water line. It dripped about once every 20 seconds. That's about 4320 drops of water throughout the course of the day, or just less than half a pint. If I didn't run a pressure test, I would never have known, and I would certainly have had a mold problem in a month's time. I showed them the pictures and video, and after the 4th attempt, I was given a full refund, and they suggested I go down the road to Alfano Queens Plumbing to get an OEM. They are honest and reputable. I still shop there for parts, just not the aftermarket brass shower stem. Oh, I just bought 2 cone washers for my toilet July of 2014. I went to Home Depot first, because it's closer. I couldn't find it, and it took a while for me to get help. Then I went to Metropolitan. I was in there less than 30 seconds, and I was offered assistance. I showed them the part, and in less than a minute, I got my part, and asked for two pieces just in case, I paid for it...a very reasonable price, and was out in less than 5 minutes time from the time I walked in. Where can you find service like that today?....NO WHERE!

Super helpful counter staff, helped me find everything I needed (nuts and washers, a hole-cutter set, lots of wire harness pieces, all at reasonable prices. SO much better than going to Home Depot.
