I worked with Cecilio Davis last week to secure a very nice studio on West 57th Street, and I had a great experience with him. Having lived in Manhattan for 9 years, I have met a fair amount of brokers and seen quite a number of apartments. I thought Cecilio was honest, fair and straight forward, and I had a good vibe about him from the first meet. I really appreciate that he told me right up front what he thought he could and could not negotiate with the building owners. He was very friendly and responsive immediately. He knows the Manhattan market well.
I did not feel that he was trying to push me to make a sale. I think Cecilio understands that building relationships with clients is more important than duping them into an unhappy purchase. I have already recommended him to another friend, and would not hesitate to do so again.

I used Metropolis for my rental, and dealt with Tom the President. The entire process was great from start to finish. Tom and his staff are true professionals, very patient and courteous. They were well informed and acquainted with the properties which make this an easy and great experience.
