They sold me a defective very expensive phone. And they refused to give me my refund money. I had to the Consumer advocate involved to get my money back.

I had a really great experience at the local metropcs corporate store and they were able to help me switch my numbers to my new phone without any issue and also help me setup my phone really great service and staff
