I wouldn't even give one star to this place, their Customer service is unprofessional, the kids, and I mean kids don't mind customers at all, they are always playing with their own cellphones, they don't give you a proper information about contract they are getting you into, they are rude, my experience with them was awful...I would suggest no one to attend this metro pcs store.

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THE PHONES FROM THIS PLACE. These people are quick to sell a phone but if you're not happy with the phone not only will they give you a hard time to take the phone back they will tell you that a manager has to take the phone back & a manager is never around. They will give you the run around so the time frame of a return expires and you are now stuck with a phone. Customer service also very unprofessional.
