Wretched. NEVER GO HERE. TRUST ME! Awful place, negative energy. Outputting in every way, even the weird stairs to enter the place upstairs. Young indian kid working has the worst accent, you can't understand him. No customer service skills whatsoever. Stuffy and hot room made it that more caustic. Worse, guy kept pushing the $60 unlimited package despite me telling him i want the $40/mo plan. He wouldn't stop, so i left, but not before he ruined my phone I'd brought in to activate.

I went online to see when this store opens today, Sunday? It said 11 a.m. so I got here at 10:50 a.m. and waited until 11:45 a.m. but no showed up who works here? I left and returned home where I called other downtown Manhattan Metro PCS businesses asking them whether this store was scheduled to open today or not? No one could answer my question nor could anyone tell me why I got some ridiculous recording when I called this Metro PCS telling me that 'no counsel'. WTF?!!?

Best customer service ever and the service is outstanding for the lowest prices, hands down this is the best Metro PCS in NY!!!!!!!!!
