They close at 7 right I came 5 or 2 mins earlier before they close & the worker closes the in store gate in front of me when I could of went inside all the time & locks the back door also

Nasty and disrespectful with there Costomer over the phone I would spend my money with someone that depends on there costomers to provide a check for there family.

THE Worst service ever... the worker named MELISSA and the Supervisor named KATHERINE gave me a completely bad attitude. I went there to buy 2 phones for my 11 year old twin boys. AND MELISSA LAUNCH AT MY FACE when I ask for headphones. They didnt give me no options at all, and want me to buy the headphones separate. Well done #METROPCS great ppl working at this location. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME.

I make my payment every month on the first for I live on a fixed income n I really dislike. When already my service is cut off by 27-29. Resumes once I make payment. There is that matter where im without service for two days which is very inconvenient please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you, very concerned.
