Place sucks little girls that work overthere dont even know how to treat costumers and overcharge for everything and thats like stealing from costumers

They suck them girls suck. Terrible service anf triple chargimg people. Ive been customer for 4 years and bought 20+phone ( phones never had a problem ) i like new stuff. I go to the hickville location the beat and honeat people who help you .they told me $300 for the lg i got it for $174 beaware. I alrwady called the general office. Beaware

I went here to buy a Samsung Galaxy S5 and to my dismay was sold an international version of the Samsung phone which probably cost less than the amount I paid for it. It was not even a metropcs phone. I did not realize this until my phone suddenly stopped working recently and another metropcs in my area would not consider my phone because it was not coming up on their system.

I was advised to seek factory warranty from Samsung but I was told it was not a US phone but an international phone and could not get warranty on it. Please make sure you look at the phone you buy from this store carefully and it may not last long if its an international phone. Mine lasted only 9 months, no water damage or physical damage just suddenly stopped working.

If this store is your last option, make sure you get insurance.

I like going here bc they always have a full staff little waiting time, ladies here are very helpful . I always upgrade my phones here . Ps very good place to buy accessories they always have cool stuff I just bought a Bluetooth speaker there last week !
