MetroPCS Authorized Dealer

Four years ago, I got my first MetroPCS phone from this store. I went in today hoping to buy a new one and was greeted by a pretentious idiot who had an attitude from the first second. He claimed that the phone was having "problems" due to some things that had been installed -- and proceeded to list things that came pre-installed (and couldn't be removed). This guy is obviously in that slim group of people who have low IQ's, but are smart enough to know that they have low IQ'S and try to make themselves seem more intelligent by adopting an attitude to make themselves feel better; this makes them seem less intelligent than they actually are. Since he is working in retail, one would think he could keep his obnoxiousness hidden -- especially when a customer comes in asking to buy a new phone. I'm so glad I walked ten blocks in this heat to have an idiot whisper his stupidity to me and, even worse, not let me buy a new phone!

I am so happy with my phone, the staff at the store were so helpful in helping me pick the right phone. i save so much money once i switched from at&t, i was paying $200 for two phones, now i pay $90 for everything.
