Good place, helpful people, multilingual device. The wait is a bit long, but that is because of the nature of service (it can't be done in less than 10 minutes), and the location, the place is never empty. All in all avoid place to get things done.

Really long waits, Awful Store Clerks, Bad service. Not recommended at all. First time I took unlocked phone to get a sim card, the employee said that we are doing you a favor not calling the cops because you have a unlocked phone. Went there second time just to buy a sim card, they said they don't sell sim card, they need the phone to put the phone card and so they will be able to charge activation fee. By now...almost everyone knows that you can buy sim card and activate it themselves by calling MetroPCS 1-888 number and don't have to pay a dime for activation.

If I go and see an ad that says you have something and you don't...then what's the point of having the ad in the store
Seriously. Just put up a sign saying you're out or get rid of the ad on your wall
It's not that hard. You waste my time. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone wasting yours.
