Guacala que feo servicio, te atienden para cambiarte de compañia te dicen que te van a regalar un telefono, te cambian y si esta desbloqueado tu telefono usan el mismo, uno ya que terminan, pregunta y el tel., me lo mandan o como y al final dice es que tu no me dijiste que querias el teléfono. Wtf? Para que te seducen con tel. Nuevo si al final no te van a dar nada ni si quiera las gracias por haberte cambiado. .... una buena experiencia para decidir no quedarme con esa compañía.

I got a phone, it broke in a month, they wouldent give me the unlock code to keep my number and gave me a bad attitude on multiple occasions except for the day i got the phone.... Metro pcs is next door by the way. Metro also has spanish people but better service.
