Recently bought the HTC desire 626s when I was told that a case came with the phone for the price of $98. Realized when I got home that I paid $20 dollars for the stupid crap! They are liars in there. Pay attention!

I stopped by this metro pcs store because i purchased a phone for my daughter who was present with me and for whatever reason her bill went up and there was no changes made to the account, so my daughter was asked her password for the acct which we never created nor given the option from the store we purchased it from, so next step was to present identification, i gave mine and they said no it had to be my daughter's, she is underage and has no identification, and the response we got was that they could not help us then, i asked to speak to a supervisor, i was denied that request also, I asked how am i not able to speak to a supervisor and the customer service rep says because he is only going to say the same thing im telling you.... I hope metro pcs is reading this, the manager name is Eugene and i visited the location 05/03/15 approximately 1;45pm thank you

One word...sucks!

Service sucks!!!!!! The wait time made me want to kill myself. They need to hire more people or have their staff stay until closing. I've been waiting for over an hour sheesh
