Very welcoming, comfortable and intimate atmosphere.
Wait staff was courteous, helpful and service was prompt.
Dinner was delicious. They didn't have to wash my plate. LoL
I will definitely be going back.

This place is always warm and inviting! There is a relaxing, take-your-time kinda vibe that I appreciate in NYC! Also, I notice the positivity and professionalism of the individuals that work there--yesterday I tried the most delicious salmon w/asparagus w/chipotle lobster sauce. Thanks Daniel :)!

Will not be going back. It took 15 minutes just to get water. my friend and I ordered guacamole and the chips were stale. We had to ask for salsa and were given watery hunts tomato paste with chopped onions. It took a half hour to get our food and they hadn't yet given us utensils. We were never asked how anything was, but we were constantly being asked if they could clear things off the table before finishing. We asked for the check and it took 10 minutes to pay the bill. There were maybe 4 other tables, there was no reason the service should have been so slow and unprofessional.

An older man sitting at the table next to us, was completely drunk and started cursing at us and insulting us. Instead of asking him to leave, the staff just stood there. After the drunk man's wife managed to somewhat calm him down, one of the staff came to our table and said he was a loyal customer and therefore they didn't ask him to leave. We have been coming here for 2 years, what about our loyalty to the place? Never coming back here again.

I've been here a handful of times, and I do like the food. Consistently very good. Top of the line service for sure. My personal favorite thing off of the menu is the pulled pork burrito.
