they said they would come friday from 10 am - 12 pm. I was waiting for an urgent product and it is now 1 PM and they are now conveniently closed until monday. i hate this place

I see nothing has changed in the past 3 years since the last review. Its an hour past the
"4 hour" window i was given today and still no delivery as promised. The icing on the cake is their automated phone service extensions don't work, so when you call to speak to someone about the status of the delivery, its literally impossible to reach anyone for help. Terrible company, please do not waste your time and money on this company, BOYCOTT if possible.

4 hour window and they are half an hour late. Unreal. I don't know why delivery services can't be better, or why we continue to give these morons our business. Speak with your money, don't use these guys.
