Employees are very rude. They charged me $7 extra for cleaning my carpet. Ripoff and the job is ridiculously done! Stay away

I went in for a Platinum wash I believe it was close to $100 ,Workers horrible they claimed they no longer offer the wash. Went in to pay for a $14 wash. Asked manager why are there signs up for services is not offered. She told me everything offered.
