Very well maintained, the seats are veey decent. I'm surprised that other reviewers complained about this place and its amenities.

This place felt like a school auditorium at best. The event I attended here made the best out of the space but the concert hall itself had very old seats horrible acoustics and just lacked any sort of vibe. I would not attend another event here as its faults distract you from the event itself.
