No Hot water. On the coldest day of the year. No HOT WATER. DO not, i repeat, do not rent from these people.

Management company does not respond to residents.
Maintenance line is non-existent
No Hot Water and they charge for water.

NO WATER UPDATED NOV 30th 2015.

They rather spend money on DNA testing your dog's sh*t so they can fine you if your dog enters the wrong elevator or stairway then provide hot water to the residents.

This dump is not livable.

Management company is non-existent. Please try yourself and you will see.

If you are stupid and try to rent from this dump. please question everything they offer and you will realize they do not offer what they say.

Disrespectful from top to bottom

Great Place and the price is right. There were some growing pains in the begining but all is good now. I recommend Meridia to everyone.

This building was a beautiful addition to the community but an awful lot of growing pains in the first year. The biggest issue was the original staff that plagued this place with huge disconnect with the main office. Miscommunication was rampant.

Finally, after a year of sticking through it the place has finally become as good as it looks. The new onsite management staff and guest services team have only started a short bit ago but it feels like they have been working on restorations for months. The building has completely turned around and there is constant communication between the office and its residents on all improvements, changes, and building community events (free cupcakes, free breakfast, etc). They have really done a great job in listening to their resident's needs. I have to say that my opinion has changed greatly in the past 3 months and I implore anyone considering on living in this building to definitely put it in your final choices, if not "the choice" for residence. We have a great community here for both single and family oriented people. The building staff are adamant about keeping the residents happy and fixing the blemish that was given to them by the original staff. This has truly become a great place to live.
