i recently canceled them because every time i call them they never anwser the phone, when i need help with a terminal problem. So i waited till my contract was up and canceled them. Well 3 months after canceling them they billed me almost 200.00 dollars to my checking account. I called them and asked them why i was charged that amount and he said you no longer have and account here no more and there is nothing i can do to help you anymore, and hung up the phone.This company is a bunch of crooks and till this day everytime i call to ask him for the proof of this charge i get a dial tone.
