Just get the tonkotsu with extra egg. You'll thank me later after you've decided you want nothing else ever again. Amazing ramen!

Went on a Sunday evening around 6:30pm, waited for around 5 minutes for a table for 5. The place is small with about 6-7 tables and some bar seating, but the turnover was pretty quick.
The gyoza was good, thin outside and meaty inside. Ramen all had different tasting broth. The noodles itself was of medium thickness, but I find it a little overcooked. I typically like it al dente with some chew to it.
I would definitely visit again when I'm in the neighborhood.

Very good gyoza. Ramen is descent. I personally like Batten Ramen and Santouka better.

I waited for 5 minutes, got a seat, ordered food and the food came out very fast. Spicy ramen was so freaking good and Miso Ramen was so freaking good too. Also gyoza was freaking good. No complaints. Great ramen restaurant in Fort Lee. Will come back soon :)
