This store is okay, but isn't as good as NBO. Back in the day that place was awesome. They had everything ... except shoes.

Visited the store today to pick up two button down shirts and ties. While seeking through the limited options, not one representative said a word. After 45 mins to select two shirts and ties to match, I was then held up at the check out counter for another 15 mins because the rep decided the phone call he was on to handle a misunderstanding with another store was more important. After witnessing this type of behavior, you would think to leave. But after wasting so much time, it was only worth my while to stay and finish out the horrible adventure. Once off the phone, the proceeds to check me out with out a greeting or eye contact. After a line of questioning of why I selected my types of shirts, I politely stated it's my choice completely....without the assistance of what you all call 'consultants'. He immediately reverted back to the normal state of ignoring and silence. Upon completion of the sale he mumbled "thank you" and exited left.

It appears tuxedo and suit sales is the only priority, therefore if you're not visiting to do so, I strongly recommend not to visit store #5432!

I didn't notice this when I picked up my tuxedo for my wedding, but there was a small tear in the fabric on the left sleeve. I should've noticed it before paying. I mentioned this upon returning the tux and got no discount (and I had video showing the tear before I put it on for my wedding). It was an easy thing to see; don't understand how they didn't pick up on that. You can't be renting a tux for a groom that has tears in it. Only other complaint is that the suits for groomsmen are a ripoff. They were $210! You can go to a Buy One Get Three sale as Jos A. Bank and buy 3 new suits for not much more money.

i had to put down a deposit for my wedidng, they are unable to refund because i terminated the CC it was taken from. they offered me store credit though. the wheels of commerse come to a screatching halt when dealing with these people.

So far, this location is the best in Paramus. Stacey will provide excellent service and advice/opinions. As long as everything else stays the same we should be all set with picking up our Tuxes in December.
