Meineke Car Care Center

Went for a tune up a few months back; I was assured everything should be fine (their prices and rates are ridiculously high so figured better be right).. 1 week later check engine light comes back on so went back and Guy says he wasn't sure what's going on and wanted to keep the car so some other guy could take a look at it.. I already started losing confidence in them.. Had a coworkers brother take a look at it who is also a mechanic and he pretty much said it looks like nobody even touched the car; the rust around the screws to get to the spark plugs suggested they never been touched; needless to say I bought the parts myself and had a friend do it for me; the back spark plugs were complete trash and he also agreed that there was no way those were just put in new.... So yeh that's how I feel about this place; I've been ripped off by few mechanics in the past this place just added on to my resentment for these kindve establishments..

I would not recommended this Meineke branch. Somebody took my sunglasses from my car. :(
Go to another Meineke branch.

Vinny is very courteous, makes you feel like this is the place for your car.

Update from my last review- new owners! charges $15 more an hour for labor. Didn't get a good vibe, not going back. Sad that Brian and Gary moved.

Meineke not owned by Brian and Garry anymore.These guys were great with prices and service.Not so with the new owner.The charged $1900 to do a timing belt on a 04 Honda civic.This is at best a $600 job(parts and labour).So they overcharged not by $100 but $1300 dollars a trusting customer who did not know the business had changed hands.Very low.These guys will tell you your car needs all kinds of work and take you to the cleaners if they get a chance.So be warned and dont get scammed out of your hard earned money.
