The owner is very rude and talked down on me. I'm a new driver and am not used to taking care of my car. So I was asking him for pricing and questions about how often I should do things. He spoke to me like I'm the most retarded person in the world. Didn't even bother getting his service. Worst business owner ever.

I'll be honest with this the only way this site allowed me to comment I didn't love it it was a night mare ... owner Vinny is a rascist over charging loud mouth ....he slowly robbed me of my time and money....

The manager, Vinny, is actively out to make you pay more. Why do I say this?
- He won't give any price information unless you come to the shop and have a diagnostic
- He asks for what others are offering to do the job before telling you his price
- He gets loud and aggressive when you ask for a better price
With all the other choices out there, why would you bother with Meineke? Go someplace else

I recently had to visit the Meineke shop at Springfield Avenue, Maplewood, NJ. My experience there was exceptional and professional. Vinny, the attendant, was very hospitable and kept me informed at all times what was being done to my vehicle. The mechanics were knowledgeable and treated me with respect at all times. Working in my car is not easy since it is small sometimes we don't give the car mechanics the respect they need. The workers there are troopers and Vinny exceptionally nice to me and considerate of my time.
