Medical Pavilion At Woodbridge

Extremely rude office staff. Turned a patient away because it was 6:02 and they're "closed" despite their website posting that they close at 7:00. We then watched him post a note on the door saying they close and 6:00 and to come back tomorrow. The same man was complaining about us to a coworker right in front of us. Wouldn't go back.

Don't go on Sunday's. Terrible attitudes medication prescribed was making me sick. Went to my doctor 2 days later and was told the medication was overkill. Way too strong Would never go there again

It's 5:15 PM. The hours posted on their website, on the door of the building and everywhere else say they are open until 7 PM on Saturdays.
Guess what? They are currently closed. Lights off, door locked, calls go to their answering service because they are closed.

I just rushed to the hospital emergency room instead with my wife because she cut herself badly and needed stitches. We got here at least 20 minutes later than had we just driven here directly, because we went to the Medical Care Pavilion at Woodbridge first. But they're closed, despite advertising they are open. So we had to get back in the car and rush to the hospital instead, and she is now getting medical attention much later than she would have been if either a) the urgent care center wasn't actually closed when they said they were open, or b) the advertised hours were actually correct, so we could have gone directly to the ER instead of wasting our time there.
I'm sorry, but if you are in the business of helping people in time-sensitive emergencies, it's criminally irresponsible and negligent to not actually be open when you say you are. Just completely, dangerously unacceptable. This isn't a restaurant. These are peoples' lives and health you are being trusted with, and you should be ashamed for treating them (and us) so carelessly.
If you're reading this review and still decide to go there, please call first to make sure they're actually open. They can't be bothered to care enough about you to actually be there when they say they are.

I called the office they sounded very rude, I don't think I would try to call them again.....
I believe I happy Doctor's and happy nurses ...
