MedExpress Urgent Care - Totowa

I have been here multiple times without any issues. The staff is friendly and caring and the doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. I have left each time satusfied. I have a few friends who have also been here and agree with this review.

Very slow service. There were only 3 patients but waited more than 3 hours to complete the treatment.

Good place to go great Drs, very knowledgeable, took their time explaining my problem and treatments, sat in the waiting room for a 1/2 before I was seen. And there were only 3 other people waiting.

I've had several experiences here the very opposite of the other poster. I found the office staff to be helpful and accommodating, and the doxtors to b thorough.

Avoid completely. Company officials are not professionals who care about treating people.

I badly sprained my ankle. In severe pain, my husband and I rushed here on the recommendation of our health care insurance company. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my purse with my ID in my house. A compassionate company would have taken my insurance card, treated me and then told me to fax a copy of my ID the next day. The people who run this company would only treat me if I offered to pay them upfront. I had to literally hobble back to our car and then go to the ER instead where I was treated in less than an hour. True medical professionals should be far more concerned with healing rather than paperwork. The people who run this place are nothing of the sort.
